Preparation Note Suspend 40 grams of medium in one liter of distilled water. Heat to boiling while stirring to dissolve. Boil for one minute until complete dissolution. Dispense into appropriate containers and sterilize by autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50 ºC, before dispensing into petri dishes.
