Preparation Note Suspend 25g of the medium in 1L of distilled water. Heat to boiling while stirring to dissolve. Boil for one minute until complete dissolution. Dispense into appropriate containers and sterilize by autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature before using.
