Vergent Bioscience is a biotech company developing innovative molecular imaging probes for life science research, pharmaceutical development, and clinical diagnostics. Our imaging probes detect cell death (specifically apoptosis) and inflammation in disease, with applications screening, toxicology, and efficacy studies. We also develop potent enzyme inhibitors that are useful for elucidating mechanisms in cell biology, and may also have clinical therapeutic potential in difficult to treat diseases.
