GenNext NGS Library Prep Kit

The GenNext ® NGS Library Prep Kit is a kit for preparing a library for the illumina ® next-generation sequencer from fragmented double-stranded DNA and PCR products . By using this product, you can easily and quickly prepare a library. This product ligates the T-overhang adapter after terminal repair and 3'end adenylation of a 1 ng-1 μg double-stranded DNA fragment. If the amount of DNA to be input is small and the library needs to be amplified, a library with an adapter sequence at the end is low-biased using a high-accuracy PCR enzyme developed using a genetically modified KOD DNA polymerase.
