- Not recommended. A305-657A-T has not performed satisfactorily when used for WB of STARD10 in crude preparations (e.g. whole cell lysate). This antibody can be used for WB of enriched (e.g. immunoprecipitated) sources of STARD10.

- 8 - 15 µl/mg lysate
- Target Sentence
- START domain-containing protein 10 (STARD10) may play metabolic roles in sperm maturation or fertilization (By similarity). STARD10 is a phospholipid transfer protein that preferentially selects lipid species containing a palmitoyl or stearoyl chain on the sn-1 and an unsaturated fatty acyl chain (18:1 or 18:2) on the sn-2 position. It is able to transfer phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidyetanolamline (PE) between membranes [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9Y365].
