- Not recommended. A305-186A has not performed satisfactorily when used for WB of TADA3/TADA3L in crude preparations (e.g. whole cell lysate). This antibody can be used for WB of enriched (e.g. immunoprecipitated) sources of TADA3/TADA3L.
- Immunoprecipitation (IP)
- 2 - 10 µg/mg lysate
- Target Sentence
- The gene TADA3, also known as ADA3 or TADA3L, encodes for the protein transcriptional adapter 3. TADA3/TADA3L is a transcriptional activator adaptor and a component of the histone acetyl transferase (HAT) coactivator complex which plays a crucial role in chromatin modulation and cell cycle progression. Transcriptional adapter 3 is also involved in the stabilization and activation of the p53 tumor suppressor protein that plays a role in the cellular response to DNA damage [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 10474)].
