TArget Clone™ -Plus- contains 10xA-attachment mix. This reagent is a mixture of anti-KOD DNA polymerase antibody specific to KOD 3'→5' exonuclease activity (proof-reading activity) and Taq DNA polymerase, which exhibits terminal transferase activity.
