AmpliPLUS HiFi PCR Master Mix (2X)

AmpliPLUS HiFi PCR Master Mix (2X) contains a modified DNA polymerase, Mg2+, dNTPs, and PCR stabilisers and enhancers, all optimised in a reaction buffer for robust and versatile high-fidelity PCR of long fragments. This unique polymerase excels at amplifying regions with high GC content at a speed of 20secs/kb.

AmpliPLUS is approximately 100 times higher than conventional Taq DNA polymerase, making it an ideal alternative for applications where higher accuracy is needed.
